   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Выполнено численное моделирование распределения интенсивности рентгеновской Лауэ-дифракции в обратном пространстве от совершенных и клиновых многослойных&#13;
структур. Показано, что для пространственно ограниченных пучков необходимо учитывать дифракцию рентгеновских волн на краях коллиматоров или щелей дифракционной схемы. Проведено сравнение численного картографирования ограниченных рентгеновских пучков в рамках геометрической оптики и приближения Френеля.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Numerical simulation of the X-ray Laue diffraction intensity distribution in reciprocal space from perfect and wedge multilayers was performed. It is shown that for spatially bounded X-ray beams, diffraction at the edges of collimators or slits in the diffraction scheme should be taken into account. A comparison of numerical reciprocal space mapping simulations using the geometrical optics approximation and the Fresnel approximation was conducted.</p>
