На основе архивных источников впервые в российской историографии анализируется история советских дошкольных учреждений и дошкольного воспитания в 1918–1945 гг. в г. Сыктывкаре. Изучены становление сети дошкольных учреждений в 1921–1931 гг., укрепление системы дошкольного развития в 1932 – начале 1941 г. Особое внимание уделено перестройке государственной политики в сфере дошкольного воспитания в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Исследованы изменения кадрового состава детских учреждений и специфики их работы в военный период. Издание посвящено 105-летию дошкольного образования г. Сыктывкара и адресуется профессиональным историкам, педагогам, студентам и всем, кто интересуется прошлым России, северного региона и Республики Коми.
Based on archival sources, for the first time in Russian historiography, the author analyzes the history of Soviet preschool institutions and preschool education in 1918-1945 in Syktyvkar. The formation of a network of preschool institutions in 1921-1931, the strengthening of the system of preschool development in 1932-early 1941 are studied. Special attention is paid to the restructuring of the state policy in the field of preschool education during the Great Patriotic War. Changes in the personnel structure of children's institutions and the specifics of their work during the war period are studied. The publication is dedicated to the 105th anniversary of preschool education in Syktyvkar and is addressed to professional historians, teachers, students and all those interested in the past of Russia, the northern region and the Komi Republic.
